“One of our most popular courses in the beta testing was in our Personal Development track about learning how to set boundaries. Starting with a free assessment, women around the world will be given a recommended course guide including 5 to 30 minute online courses and videos such as:
  • The Job Hunting track includes “Getting your resume noticed”, “Networking your way to a job” and “Behavioral interviewing techniques”.
  • The Career Strategy track focuses on “Career Invention” and “Career Restoration: What to do after an extended absence”.
  • On the Job track, women will learn skills that are beneficial in the workforce including, “Communicating effectively with difficult people”.
